Add Domain Blocklist

1. Name your blocklist
2. Domains to block(One domain per line.)

Block Rules

For example, you could set up the pattern:

example.com

Domain	Status
example.com	block
a.example.com	block
test.com	not block

3. The website where the rules will be applied.
